Microwave Fettuccine Alfredo

Reviewed: Jun. 14, 2010
This is a good recipe given it takes virtually no time and is very simple and straightforward. Definitely recommended if you are short on time and want something tasty!

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

Reviewed: Jun. 8, 2010
These cookies were absolutely amazing! Followed the recipe exactly and ended up with the perfect cookies. Very filling and delicious. Will definitely make again. EDIT: I was reading some of the reviews and one of the users mentioned refrigerating the cookies before baking. In my opinion, this is not necessary... I have never done this and the cookies turn out perfect every time. I find myself making these weekly for my family!

Freeze-Easy Chocolate Shake

Reviewed: May 20, 2010
This was the simplest and best recipe! In order to have a thicker shake, add less milk. I've tried both ways, and I prefer thicker, but they both taste absolutely delicious!

No Roll Pie Crust II

Reviewed: May 16, 2007
I don't understand why everyone thinks this pie crust was "flaky." Personally, mine was a bit dry.

Ultimate Maple Snickerdoodles

Reviewed: Apr. 27, 2007
These were delicious fresh out of the oven, but they didn't stay soft until the next day. I substituted the maple sugar with 2 tablespoons of sugar mixed with 2 teaspoons of cinnamon like someone else suggested. Still tasted delicious.

Lime Sherbet

Reviewed: Mar. 12, 2007
This recipe is the best (times infiniti). I don't think that I'll ever have a lime sherbet as good as this one. I can't wait to try this recipe with other flavors... I wonder what it would taste like if flavors are mixed. Also, I found the sherbet needed to stay in the freezer for about 1 1/2 to 2 hours until it is firm and ready to be considered a sherbet.

Microwave Fried Rice

Reviewed: Jan. 16, 2007
THIS IS DELICIOUS!! It's also easy for an after school snack because I can just pop it in the microwave and start my homework. While I was making dinner, it was easy to focus and make the main dish (I ate this as a side). Basically, TRY IT!!

Apple Crisp III

Reviewed: Dec. 29, 2006
The bottom was filled with the water that was supposed to be poured earlier, so next time I'll put less water. Also, my parents complained about excess sugar, so next time I might put less for their sake, although I liked the sugar content. Here are some things I did: 1. I added extra cinnamon, so that it would be "tasteable" so to say. 2. Since I'm a slow apple cutter, I put out a bowl of water so that the apples I already cut wouldn't brown while I was cutting them. Overall, great.

Emily's Famous Hash Browns

Reviewed: Dec. 27, 2006
These were good, but I just wasn't in favor of the inside because it was somewhat creamy and tasted uncooked. I prefer hash browns that are crispy on the inside and outside. Probably the cooking temp. I used, but other than that it was pretty good.

Mini Lunch Meat Pockets

These were very good. I used ground chicken for the inside of the biscuits, and it tasted delicious. It's good for a snack, a side dish, and even lunch like the name says. Definetely reccomended.

This was a good dip, but I thought the mayonnaise taste was a bit too obvious.

French Toast Fingers

I omitted the strawberry preserve because I din't have any, but I still cut them up into little strips. Very easy to make, and very delicious. I'm sure it would taste just as great with the strawberry preserve.

Easy Swedish Apple Pie

Although this recipe does not call for a pie crust, I added one and used this as the filling, and it tasted delicious. I'm sure it would taste delicious even without it.

Fudge Brownies

Reviewed: Oct. 13, 2006
Wow... I thought this was going to turn out really good and delicious but it wasn't. First of all, all the sugar in the batter went to the top so when it baked it had a crunchy top. Second of all, the brownies didn't even bake!! I took of the sugar top and let them bake, but it still didn't turn out good. It didn't taste anything like brownies.
