We absolutely loved this recipe! I only made 2 changes. I used black olives instead of peppers because the husband hates peppers. Also, following previous reviews, I put the taco sauce in the filling and used one can enchilada sauce as the topping, omitting the tomato sauce. I would recommend not adding any salt. The ingredients have plenty of salt already. I found it a bit salty but my husband and our friend had no issue with it, so it's up to your personal taste. This was absolutely delicious with a green salad and a serving of mexican rice. Thank you so much for the recipe. I will use it again in the future.
