Southwest Chicken Bake
Love this! I substitute the juice of one lime for the salad dressing, skip the green onions, use a whole can of black bean and most of a can of corn (instead of frozen). We also serve with white rice instead of brown. Great with tortilla chips!

White Brownies
Had to add more milk, as others said. Ended up baking for over 40 minutes before middle was done. The result was something that tasted like overly sweet, but somehow bland, dried out cake - chewy, but not moist. I don't know that we will be able to eat the whole pan of these. Definitely will not make again.

Busy Day Chicken Rice Casserole
I should have known better. Every time I try a recipe like this the rice comes out woefully underdone. I have tried placing the chicken on top of the rice and soup mixture, so this time I tried pouring the mixture over the chicken. No help. The rice was practically gritty. I read through the reviews and this doesn't seem to be a common problem, so I don't know what I'm doing wrong. And to top it off the chicken was dry. I'm glad I only made half the recipe.
