Teena's Overnight Southern Buttermilk Biscuits

I have been trying to make buttermilk biscuits like this since I left the South over 10 year ago and even with an altitude of 7200 feet these worked great. With a little sausage and homemade apple butter I could just as easily be at my grandmother's for Saturday morning breakfast!

All-Day Apple Butter

This is incredible. I cut the sugar in half and added a little more cinnamon and cloves than the recipe called for. To make it extra smooth I ran it through the blender. Yummy!

Emily's Famous Marshmallows

These are really great, but they don't always set up as firm as I would like, but don't be afraid to try them and play around with the flavor. We have made all kinds including peppermint, chocolate, vanilla bean, caramel, etc. What great christmas presents with some homemade hot chocolate.

Chocolate Chip Bread I

I like to add cinnamon and nutmeg to it. It not only makes the house smell good, but it also adds a little depth to the taste and brings out the chocolate and then it makes the most amazing cinnamon toast ever.

Tex-Mex Patty Melts

These are great. I put them on grilled sourdough bread and they were outstanding. Add in a mushrooms to the peppers and onions and it is a home run!

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

Pumpkin Rolls I
