To Die For Blueberry Muffins

These are moist and wonderful I was out of blueberries so I made these with very finely chopped almost minced apple. DELICIOUS!

These are okay. Nothing amazing. Thought they could be a little sweeter but that's my personal preference! I'm sure I can make up for that in a sweet frosting.

Janet's Rich Banana Bread

Turned out perfectly. I added cinnimon and a touch of nutmeg. And I definately mashed the bananas instead of slicing them. (I imagine that depends on the desired texture of those who will consume.) There's no way my husband would eat this if there were "chunks" of banana in it. It was very moist and was fabulous for 3 days.

Melt - In - Your - Mouth Shortbread

No complaints! Lots of compliments! Someone actually described these saying, "Wow, these really melt in my mouth." I dipped them in dark chocolate and then dipped in crushed pecans. Excellent!!

Sweet and Sour Sauce I

This was pretty good. The consistancy was perfect. I thought it was too sweet and not sour enough. Next time I'll follow the advice of some other reviews and use pinapple juice instead of water. Maybe a touch less sugar, but not much.

Crispy and Creamy Doughnuts

Unfortunately I had to give this recipe a low rating. I felt the dough was quite heavy. The amount of flour was incorrect. (I had to add 1 more cup to get it out of the mixing bowl.) These werem't near sweet as typical doughnuts are. The glaze is fantastic. We added cocoa powder and made chocolate glaze. That was quite yummy. Also, the doughnuts seem to have gone stale quite quickly even in air tight containers. I'll keep on searching for a tastier recipe!
