Simple Taco Soup

Reviewed: Apr. 23, 2007
This was really good. Served it with cornbread, sour cream, and shredded cheddar. Next time I will just use diced tomatoes instead of stewed. They were in huge chunks.

Blueberry Snack Bars

Absolutely delicious!!! Made in a 9X13 pyrex dish and baked 10 minutes longer. Took to dinner at a friends house and everyone had 2 pieces. I think next time I may try it with cherry pie filling and sliced almonds.

Reviewed: Dec. 9, 2009
Turned out BEAUTIFUL and tasted delicious. I don't understand why everyone is saying it's to thing to split?? Mine baked up rather tall. I used Cool Whip Lite and Bisquick baking mix. Will make again and again and I will try it with different fruits.

Carrot Casserole

WOW! I was pleasantly surprised. I loved it. Husband loved it. Even my 16 month old son had some. Instead of croutons I used buttered Italian bread crumbs. Give this one a try. Well worth it.

Baked Honey Mustard Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 7, 2011
Very good. I don't add the basil because my son doesn't like it. Here's a hint if your chicken turns out dry....Mix a dollop on mayo in with your honey and mustard. You can't taste it but it adds a little fat to keep boneless skinless from getting to dry.

Creamy Lasagna Casserole

Reviewed: Oct. 19, 2009
This is SO good. My husband kept saying how great it was and he's not one to brag on food, and my 2 1/2 year old son cleaned his plate. That's saying something!!! Instead of the tomatoe sauce I used smooth Ragu spagettie sauce and I used one pound of lean ground beef. Made the whole recipe and put in a 13 x9 Pyrex dish so we could easily have left overs. I will make this again and again. Served with a salad and french bread.

Easy Cheese Ball II

Reviewed: Dec. 30, 2010
Really good.....but VERY salty, even after 2-3 days in the fridge. Would love to know how to cut the salt without cutting the ranch flavor.

Cabbage Fat-Burning Soup

Reviewed: Aug. 9, 2009
This soup is wonderful. I am on Weight Watchers and made as directed it is zero points! Excellent to have with a sandwich for lunch or as a snack without adding many calories. I leave out the bell peppers simply because I don't like them, and use 2 packs of onion soup mix. I cook this soup in the crock pot. As for the reviewers who are adding potatoe and meat and giving it a 5 star rating, you are COMPLETELY changing the recipe. It's SUPPOSED to be low cal!!!

Pizzadillas

I made these with flour tortillas, mozzarella, pizza sauce, and pepperonie. Cooked them with Non stick cooking spray. My very picky almost 2 year old son loved them. That's really saying something. LOL.

Cream Cheese Corn Bake

Reviewed: Aug. 30, 2007
I fixed this last night to serve with tacos and refried beans. My husband and I were impressed! I used SteamFresh frozen corn, 6 oz cream cheese, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and I added extra green chilis for more spice. Super easy. Spicy but sweet. Will be making again soon!

Meatloaf with Fried Onions and Ranch Seasoning

Reviewed: Jul. 27, 2009
Best meatloaf I have ever made. Husband loved it and 2 year old son liked it. I used the whole pack of ranch dressing. made a glaze of bbq sauce, ketchup, brown sugar, and wosterschier. Sprinkled a few FF-onions on top about 10 minutes before pulling it out of the over. The glaze made this meatloaf even more delicious!

Anna's Amazing Easy Pleasy Meatballs over Buttered Noodles

Reviewed: Jul. 16, 2009
I wasn't impressed with this. Yes it was easy but it was SOOO heavy and greasy. I think it would be much better using fat free sour cream and reduced fat soups. I served it over whole wheat noodles.

Not impressed with this. Turned out nice looking but was on the bland side. I'll have to keep looking for the perfect cheeseball. Sorry.
