Cheesy Ham and Hash Brown Casserole
Delicious! Made exactly as written, but I think you could use any breakfast meat you have on hand. The only thing I'd do different next time is add pepper.

Macaroni Tuna Casserole
Quick and delicious! I forgot to add the milk, but it was still creamy. I added garlic salt and pepper and used cream of mushroom instead of cream of celery. I think I'd like it better topped with crushed ritz crackers to give it some crunch. This recipe would be so easy to adjust to your liking.

Potato Pancakes II
Delicious! I took the advice of another reviewer and added a 1/3 cup of flour, other than that I followed the directions exactly. I found that 5 minutes on each side was a little too long, so on my second batch I only cooked them for 4 minutes on each side and they were golden and perfect. Will definitely make again! What a great way to use left over mashed potatoes!
