15-Minute Marinated Chicken

Reviewed: May 2, 2011
Didn't have Tarragon so I substituted a bit of cinnamon and parsley. I enjoyed this quick chicken! Went very well with grilled asparagus!

Spaghetti Sauce with Ground Beef

Reviewed: Apr. 22, 2011
I've made servings of 10 for this recipe within a single week... and that's for only 2 people! Haha! It's that good! I love it!

Mushroom-Pesto Grilled Pizza

Reviewed: Sep. 24, 2013
I decided to add a little bit of tomato sauce. I put in 2 cups shitake and 1 cup oyster mushrooms with the basil pesto and Italian cheese. Great recipe! I need to do this again tomorrow!

Crispy Fish Fillets

Reviewed: Sep. 24, 2013
I followed every single thing except I used wheat crackers that I pounded instead of potato flakes. Big hit with the family! I'll definitely be using this often.

Gravy Baked Pork Chops

Reviewed: Jun. 24, 2013
So easy to make and so good! Gravy is really tasty! I tend to turn the chops over every 10 minutes and lift it on the sides of each chop, so that it turns more brown and the skin more crisp. Great dinner!

Classic Waffles

Reviewed: Sep. 29, 2013
I used a blender to mix the wet ingredients. I then mixed the powdered ingredients separately in a bowl then poured on the blender with the wet ingredients. This waffle recipe is perfect! I've left a lot of ready mixed batter at the refrigerator for the next day :)

Pork Tenderloin with Creamy Herb Sauce

Reviewed: Jul. 22, 2013
I got a thinner pork tenderloin so I had smaller medallions. I'll repeat if I catch a thicker batch. It has a creamy and simple taste. I paired it with garbanzo tomato soup and it was dee-lish!

Garbanzo Tomato Pasta Soup

Reviewed: Jul. 22, 2013
I love this recipe! It overall has a great hearty flavor, perfect for tomato lovers! I used a ready-to-serve vegetable soup instead of a veggie broth. This packaged vegetable pasta with different shapes caught my eye at the grocery and I just thought the mix of colors would look great for this soup. I also missed to saute the garlic and onions, I threw them directly on the boiling pot and left it for 10 minutes and it still had great flavor.

Lazy Bruschetta

Reviewed: Jul. 5, 2013
I made this because I suddenly had a mad craving for bruschetta and it was the fastest to make with the least ingredients. Overall, it was quite good. I used mozzarella + parmesan and then sourdough bread.

Absolutely the right gooey texture that I love. I used half Coco Puffs and half Rice Krispies cereals. They turned out excellent! Making second batch for my friends.

Juicy Roasted Chicken

Reviewed: Jun. 21, 2013
I did exactly as specified on this recipe however the first 10 minutes I forgot to switch from 175 to 82deg C. Overall, great flavor. 1 hour and 15mins plus 30mins wrapped in foil is worth the wait. My family devoured the whole bird in a matter of minutes.

Grandma Johnson's Scones

I've made scones with this recipe the 2nd time around now. It's extremely good! I used a different butter this time and I think it got an even better flavor. Sour cream is key!

Mushroom Burgers

Reviewed: Aug. 1, 2013
I tried some of the recommendations on the reviews, like using olive oil and oatmeal but my mushroom patty still didn't stick together. They were right about the texture and taste though, almost like real meat! I used habanero plus oyster sauce and I loved the taste! It's a great low calorie meal, just easy on the toppings.

Baked Buffalo Wings

Reviewed: Jul. 8, 2013
I patted the chicken wings with a clean kitchen towel before placing in the plastic bag and kept for about 1hr20m inside the refrigerator. I added cayenne pepper and hot sauce to adjust to my spice tolerance. It is sad that my oven broke the minute I was preheating, so I ended up deep frying instead. It still turned out pretty good! I will try it next time when my oven gets fixed.
