Crab Rangoon III

These were very good, but I do agree the crab was a bit overpowering. Cut the crab in half and you have a good rangoon! These can also be baked at about 375. Flip, and they get nice and brown. Thanks for sharing!

Garlic Cheddar Chicken

Maybe I did something wrong, but mine turned out dry and I couldn't taste the cheese or garlic much. Smelled great, but we were disappointed with the taste. I halved the recipe and had way too much topping in the end. Thanks for sharing. UPDATE: I tried this again and it was a hit. This time I covered with aluminum foil so it stayed moist. I'd suggest cutting back on the salt and substitute garlic powder though.

Smothered Bacon Chicken

Great recipe! We're always looking for new ways to make chicken, and this one made the recipe box. The bacon makes the chicken moist and give a great flavor. The sauce is great over rice, too. Thanks for sharing!!

Chicken In Basil Cream

This was terrific! Even my picky 2 year old at it. Tastes great on noodles or rice (I prefer brown rice). Only suggestion would be to add a little garlic salt. Thanks for this keeper recipe!

Best Chicken Ever

We loved this recipe. I used Shake 'n Bake instead. The butter added a nice flavor and color. I was pleasantly surprised at how good the sour cream was! Thanks for sharing!

Rhubarb Cherry Jelly

This was super easy and I'm a beginner! I would agree that the cherries overpowered the rhubarb though (I even used the suggestion of using 1/2 flavored Jello and 1/2 plain), so next time I'll cut back on the pie filling.

Rhubarb-Raspberry Crunch

This had great flavor, but turned out a bit runny. I suggest using a 9x9 pan, increasing the amount of 'crisp' and maybe thickening with a little more tapioca or corn starch. Will make again.
