World's Best Scones! From Scotland to the Savoy to the U.S.

This scone has a light, fluffy texture - which is not something I typically associate with scones. It is also quite sweet due to all of the sugar. I reduced the baking powder to 2 teaspoons to avoid a metallic taste and that seemed fine - the scones still rose well. Overall, I wasn't impressed.

Waldorf Salad II

I may have made a miscalculation when I increased this recipe, but it seemed like there was far too much dressing for the amount of fruit/veg/nuts. I would definitely make it again - it just needs a bit of tweaking.
