I am a single mom of 3 boys, one grown, the other two very close :). I have gone to culinary school and trained under 1 of the best chefs. I have cooked since I was 14 and still enjoy it very much. I love Italian food. That has to be a fav. I like to experiment with just about any kind of food, coming up with my own great entrees. My oldest son is about the only one who has an interest in cooking and I like to cook in the kitchen with him and teach him new things. I love to make new dishes and get the boys' opinion. They are my critics. I love it when I come up with something and someone from the rest. I will be working at compliments me on. You know who I'm talking about Rob. Just wish Jerry could be there also. LOL, there are probably quite a few. I would daresay too many to list.
