Creamy Cranberry Salad

Reviewed: Dec. 31, 2013
This is by far the best cranberry Jello salad ever! I have made it twice in week if that tells you anything! I made it for Christmas dinner and got request to make it again or New Years Eve. The only think different was I added a little sugar when I whipped the heavy cream. I used Raspberry Jello like suggested! So good and very pretty! Today I am going to use Cool Whip and light cream cheese just to take away a few calories and fat. I highly recommend you make it!!!

Best Bread Pudding with Vanilla Sauce

Reviewed: Aug. 20, 2012
Just made this tonight and it was YUMMY!! Sauce was really good too. Came out perfect! I used chocolate chips instead of raisins since I had no raisins in the house. Plus, chocolate chips go over better in my house than raisins. But I will say, I prefer raisins in my bread pudding. It was really yummy though!! thanks for the recipe!

My husband and I loved this recipe! I doubled the sauce ingredients and added some honey like others suggested! I also thickened it a bit with cornstarch as well. Delicious! I will make this again for sure!

Sweet Dijon Salad Dressing

Reviewed: Jul. 3, 2011
So I oiterally JUST made this like 5 minutes before writing this review. I followed the recipe except I used regular sugar (about 7 tsp) instead of the sweetner. I tasted it and all I could taste was vinegar and mustard...too much for my liking. So I had honey in the cupboard and I put a big healthy squeeze (did not measure) in it and whisked it up. MUCH better for me personally.

Basic Cream Cheese Frosting

This came out just the way I wanted it! Creamy and thick but not too thick. Sweet but not too sweet. I will be using this as my cream cheese recipe always!

Classic Minute® Rice Pudding

Reviewed: Jan. 20, 2010
I just made this...YUMMY! I actually tweeked it a bit. I added cinnamon for one thing. I also doubled the batch. Instead of all milk, I used a can of evaporated milk and a can of sweetened condenced milk and then I used about 3 cups of skim milk. I put less sugar in it because of the condensed milk. It came out creamy and delicious with just right amount of sweetness for me.I will make this again for sure!

Chocolate Bar Fondue

Reviewed: Dec. 9, 2009
This is a FANTASTIC fondue!! I used light cream instead of heavy cream and I just used milk chocolate chips. It turned out so well and was sooo yummy!!! I halved this recipe because others said it made a huge batch. I was taking it to a party adn I didn't want to have a lot leftover. I knoew if I did, I would be the one eating it!!! I just used strawberries amd bananas with it. I was a hit!

Napa Cabbage Salad

Reviewed: Dec. 6, 2007
I have made this many times and it is awesome!! I add mandarin oranges because I love them and I also add part TOASTED Sesame oil with part vegetable oil. Toasted sesame oil is expensive but a little goes a long way and makes it taste great! Remember to get TOASTED sesame oil and not just regular sesame oil. There is a big difference.

Cowboy Cookies III

Reviewed: Aug. 25, 2007
These are the best cookies!! I make them all the time. It is my only chocolate chip cookie I use now. The only thing I change is that I found if I use half butter and half shortening, they come out just the right thicmness. I also use this recipe when I want oatmeal raisin cookies too. I use raisins in place of the chocolate chips and I add cinnamon and cloves to the batter! They are delicious and I always get rave reviews!

Overnight Blueberry French Toast

Reviewed: May 5, 2007
This is the BEST french toast ever!! My family loves it! I saw this orginally in taste of Home and have made it a ton of times. I don't care for blueberries so the only thing I do differently is use strawberries. I absolutely love the cream cheese in it. It really is worth making.....you should try this for sure!!!
