Curried Cauliflower
Several changes. This was a fantastic base sauce, and so easy! I made the sauce in the pan, can of soup, 1/4 cup milk, 1/2 cup miracle whip light (didn't have mayo), 1 cup water. Then I added about 1/2 head cauliflower, 1 med. sweet potato (diced), 1 cup frozen peas (thawed by rinsing in hot water), 1 red bell pepper. All veggies were RAW when I put them in the sauce. Bring to boil, reduce to simmer and serve when potatoes are done. I did add a sprinkle of salt, black pepper and about 1 Tbsp. sugar while cooking. I also added a fresh jalapeƱo pepper (mild one). My kids actually ate this, which was amazing. Yum! So easy and quick, made from real food... I will be adding this to our rotation. :) thanks!

Cinnamon Honey Butter
The consistency is not like butter, but more like a thick sauce. I followed the recipe exactly, but it really just tasted so strong of honey, I added another stick of butter and another teaspoon of cinnamon. I might end up modifying it even more... we'll see how the family likes it on homemade bread.

Blueberry Dump Cake
Used lemon cake mix, since that was what I had on hand, and saw that another reviewer liked it that way. I also sliced up a cold stick of butter and laid it evenly all over the top of the cake mix on top of the berries with sugar and cinnamon. This cake turned out really really ohhhh so good. I'm not sure I would use the lemon cake mix again. The lemon flavor competes with the blueberries for flavor. They do go well together but we really love the flavor of blueberries, so i will definitely try this again with a milder cake flavor. Wonderful and couldn't be easier! I love that you mix it right in the pan too! Thanks for sharing this recipe!
