I made a few alterations so if it hadn't turned out I wouldn't have reviewed, but they were delicious so here goes: I didn't have bread crumbs so I added a little more wheat germ than was called for in the recipe, added about a TBS of worchestire sauce, used dried parsley, and the whole egg as suggested. These were wonderful! I usually buy the prepared ones, but these were tender and juicy with great flavor. One note, they seem very soft and I had to shape them right on the pan but they kept together perfectly and didn't crumble at all. My two year old ate an entire one!
