Lower Fat Banana Bread I

I replaced the margarine in this recipe with 1/8 cup applesauce and the eggs with 6 tbs. egg substitute. This made it completely fat free. It still came out as moist and delicious as ever!!! With these changes, you should lower the oven temperature to 325 and bake it for 40-45 minutes depending on oven. Great fat free recipe!!

I added too much tomato juice for the size pot i was using... decrease ingredients and use more broth next time!! :) Still yummy though!

Beef Stew II

I used the basic ingredients for this recipe.... To thicken it up a bit i used flour and brown gravy dry mix 4 cups beef broth and 4 cups h20 No lemon juice I added ingredients to taste. In a crockpot for about 6 hours high then 1 hour low

Roasted Vegetable Chicken

Made this 11/6 - Used potatoes, carrots, asparagus, chicken legs. Cooked @ 375 for about 40 minutes coverd. Then backed another 20 minutes @ 450 uncovered to crisp the chicken. Came out really good! :)

Chicken Cordon Bleu I

Need to cook about 45-50 minutes if chicken is thicker. I didnt have a beater to beat the chicken so it was a little bit thicker than usual.

Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breast

I use fat free sour cream... and layered the spinach mixture in two small pieces of thin chicken breasts! REALLY GOOD! Jeff loved it.
