WONDERFUL!!!!!!!!!!!! Though you really only need one eggplant for a 9x13" dish. I LOVE this recipe. We make it often. I usually serve it with Spaghetti noodles.

Best Ever Chocolate Cutout Cookies

Reviewed: Nov. 17, 2008
I would say these were ok..... when you put the dough in the fridge they got hard as a rock, so I would skip that. They were just ok cookies I thought. Next time I think I will just add cocoa to my sugar cookie recipe like I normally do.

Banana Brown Sugar Pancakes

Reviewed: Dec. 9, 2007
This recipe was ok. It was a good starter. I made the exact recipe and it was quite runny, made some pancakes and they were too thin for my liking. So I added about 1/2 cup "just add water" pancake mix to it. That was good, but it still seemed to be missing something. I added one ripe banana. It was then just PERFECT! I will definitely make these again using my additions.

Golden Potato Soup

Reviewed: Jan. 30, 2007
This is DELICIOUS! I use chicken broth instead of water and chicken bouillon. I put all the potatoes and veggies in the pot and then put enough chicken broth to cover them. I bring that to a boil and simmer until everything is tender. I also use about 2 cups of shredded cheddar instead of American cheese. My whole family loves it!

This is very tasty if you moderate it a bit. I sauted the chicken with onions in olive oil. I used 2 cans of cream of chicken soup, and frozen mixed veggies (I hate canned ones!) I also added cheddar cheese in it (b/c I Love cheese!)I have made this twice!!

Artichoke Crab Dip

Reviewed: Jul. 21, 2006
Tried this recipe. It was very tasty but a bit bland. Definately needs more crab (at least doubled) and more spices.

Honey Glazed Pork Tenderloin

I thought this was GREAT! I made it for my parents and we all really enjoyed it. The only thing I changed was- I used olive oil instead of sesame. I loved it! I will use the sauce also on some chicken.
