Mom's Fabulous Chicken Pot Pie with Biscuit Crust
Love the conept of th biscuit crust, but i just does not work. Th top of the biscuits are cooked, but the underside is raw dough, because of how they settle into the filling. The filling flavor was fine, but there needs to be a better crust.

Thai Peanut Chicken
This is good. Kids devoured it, and I will happily have the leftovers for lunch tomorrow. But I would probably tweak it a bit more or try a different recipe next time. Following the advice of others, I doubled the sauce so there was some for the rice (but there still wasn't that much). It was really peanutty - if I make it again, I will scale back a slight bit on the peanut butter and probably add a little chicken broth just to keep the amount of sauce. i don't think you can put in much more soy sauce, or it will be really salty.

Rosemary Lemon Grilled Chicken
Flavors are good, but needs too much tweaking to give more stars. Butter does not make a marinade, it makes a flavored butter. I melted it to blend, but it hardens upon being placed on the cold chicken. Next time, I will use olive oil and maybe just a little butter for that flavor. Also, for the same reason, grilling doesn't work well with the butter. However, it can be roasted in a very small pan so the chicken is packed tightly, so the butter can melt, but can't run very far from the chicken. But flavor is good.
