Loved this cake. Just made a few changes. 2 tsp of baking powder, 4 tsp of cinnamon, baked in 2 9" pans, split the layers and spread thin coating of orange marmalade jelly between the layers. Frosted outside with cream cheese frosting. Thanks for the recipe....it turned out great!

French Silk Chocolate Pie I

Wow!....there just aren't enuff stars here. This pie is wonderful. I used an oreo pie crust and topped with whipped topping and it was scrumptious! Thanks Ruth!

Texas Pork Ribs

Very Good! I cooked some Western style ribs in the oven as directed and some I cooked on the smoker...220 degrees for 5-6 hours. Both were just wonderful.....I am partial to the smoked =o. Again, Excellent recipe!

Pasta with Grilled Shrimp and Pineapple Salsa

I was looking for a pineapple salsa recipe to compliment my salmon patties when I ran across this recipe. It worked very well and tasted great. I did add some cilantro to it.

Slow Cooker Beef Stew III

We all enjoyed this receipe very much. I was hard keeping my family out of the crock pot for 24 hours though......it smelled so good! I made a few alterations.....just to spice it up a bit: 1 - 2 Tsps of Season All 1/4 Tsp of dried Rosemary 1/2 - 1 Tsp of Cheyenne I mixed together a can of beef broth and a tbs of flour and added it the next morning to thicken it up a bit Great Receipe.....we loved it!
