All of the holidays and birthdays are major events in our family. Big extravagant meals are the norm. We could feed an army at each of those meals and sometimes we practically did! No one left hungry!! Taking the big step into catering. Hiring a friend to help me with one of my catering jobs and her not following my instructions on the potato dish I had her make...it was awful. Everything else was great though and they didn't hold it against us even though I was completely embarrassed by the blunder.
