Holiday Chicken Salad
SO good. Probably the best chicken salad I ever had. Didn't have celery on me, so omitted it, but put in some celery salt. Substituted the dried cranberries for raisins, which was VERY good. Instead of pecans, I chopped up a mix of almonds and walnuts (mainly almonds though), and used red and green chili peppers instead of the green bell peppers, which I think is better regardless. I would use these ingredients again, b/c they make for an excellent salad. We ate the salad the following day, to allow flavours to blend. Will definitely make this again and again. :) Thank you Emma!

Seared Sea Scallops
Added paprika, ginger powder, and garlic powder to the flour mix. Was awesome! But make sure you don't put too much lemon juice in the end coz your scallops will be a little soggy. Will definitely make this again!

Baked Dijon Salmon
The top part of the salmon fillet tasted good, but the rest of the fillet was very bland. I think the crust didn't taste too bad either, but I had to add some mustard aside and dipped the fillet into it as I ate so as not to have a bland piece of salmon. I honestly wouldn't try this recipe again. My husband rated it as a 2/5, but I think I liked it a tad better than he did, so gave it a 3.
