Peach Cobbler I

Reviewed: Sep. 12, 2010
This turned out well. I liked that the topping was crispy. There's way too much cinnamon in this for my taste. I may leave it out altogether next time or put a little in with the peaches. I may try a little vanilla in the batter as others have suggested.

Bob's Stuffed Banana Peppers

Reviewed: Sep. 7, 2010
I should first start by saying it is extremely disappointing to choose a highly rated recipe from this site and run into an issue while cooking only to go back and find most reviewers found the very same problem with the recipe and.... went ahead rated it well anyway. I don't always have time to read all the reviews. I am giving this one star because I found, like most, that you only need half the filling that this recipe calls for. And you do not need to go through the tough work of parboiling the peppers. Just stuff them raw. Too many bread crumbs in the filling. Otherwise, sauce is great.

Perfect! I didn't (and wouldn't) change a thing.

Becky's Chicken Salad

Reviewed: May 12, 2006
I made this exactly as written. Tastes great. Good consistency. I will use red grapes next time to help with visual appeal. Also I agree with earlier reviews re: walnuts. I will use them next time. The almonds provide a little texture but are otherwise "lost." They may be better if toasted.

Jimmy Dean Breakfast Casserole

Reviewed: May 12, 2006
Extremely sloppy!! You will need to cook it far longer than recommended. I cooked at 350 (higher temp than recommended) for 70 minutes and it was still wet, slimy, and the pieces would not hold together. I made recipe EXACTLY as written.
