Very good stuff.. I think you need to drop the oregeno amount a bit and add some diced fresh clove garlic though.

Baked Teriyaki Chicken

Fantastic as is. I basted at 15min & 30min then at 40 min poured remaining sauce and let it go. Cut down to 1/3 cup brown sugar the 2nd time. This time my sauce thickened up a lot more than last time. Also added a bunch of carrots and foiled the pan w/ some sauce brushed on them as well.

Butternut Squash Soup II

Awesome base recipe. This was an amazing soup I will definitely make again with the same variations. 2 stalks of celery not 1, I used a red onion, 2 carrots, 1 bigger sweet potato instead of the 2 potatoes. I threw in a few shakes of cayenne, cinnamon, nutmeg, and of course some salt & pepper. It just ended up amazing. Oh and 5min in the microwave for the squash makes it easier to cube up.

Turkey and Quinoa Meatloaf

Very good. an extra egg is a good idea. It's a lot softer than other meatloafs I make, but it tastes great, has a nice texture, and is very healthy.

Chipotle Crusted Pork Tenderloin

Very good, but the 20min cooking time is excessive. 15min tops for a 1lb tenderloin, I pulled mine at 18 and found it mid-well when I want medium. A 3/4lb like in the recipe would be done in 13~14

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

Very good and easy soup. I almost doubled the ham, skipped the celery, added about 1.5cups diced carrots and used 1 can of chicken broth in place of some of the water. I also like some toasted garlic in here. *Don't use corn flour.

Pork Tenderloin Diablo

Loved it. Didn't have any heavy cream so I subbed some non fat sour cream in place. Worked perfectly. I also added some stir fried mushrooms to the sauce which I think was a delicious compliment.

Mexican Chicken I

I swapped one of the cans of beans for a can of sweet corn to break it up a little bit. I think 1hr is plenty to bake and it can probably be more like 40ish min, but I haven't tried that yet. I also like to season the chicken before topping it w/ a mixture of garlic powder and chilli powder.

Marinated Spicy Pork Chops

Delicious marrinade on the chops. Adds a slightly sweet slightly salty slightly tangy taste to chops. I would use a nice thick cut chop for this and grill to med at about 6min per side on high heat.
