Reviewed: May 12, 2006
Very good stuff.. I think you need to drop the oregeno amount a bit and add some diced fresh clove garlic though.

Philly Steak Sandwich

Reviewed: Jun. 17, 2006
Great stuff... the biggest pain is probably just getting the meat sliced sufficiently small. I find that red pepper in place of green pepper is better. And I also added about 6 small mushrooms diced to the pepper, onion mix for topping the cheese steaks. MMMMMM

Tuna Noodle Casserole I

Reviewed: Jun. 17, 2006
Good but a little plain for what I was expecting.. it feels like I want to add something else to this recipe, but I don't know what it is yet. 2nd Try: went to 1T chili powder, doubled the worcheteshire, added 1 can roasted green chili's diced, 4cloves garlic diced, a bit of onion powder (simple onion), used 9oz albacore tuna, and maybe 1t of chipotle powder

Herb Rubbed Sirloin Tip Roast

Reviewed: Jul. 7, 2007
delicious! I loved it. Some slight modifications were to go to 1T or more of garlic and lower the amount of kosher salt. Also I found a kobe (like) sirloin tip at sendiks that was phenomonal

good stuff... i like a little more brown sugar and a little less vinegar... my g/f thought the stock was a little to sweet and should use a little less of both.

AMAZING. I get asked to make this all the time when friends are over. I've tuned it up a little to add some spice but stock is still great.

Stuffed Peppers with Turkey and Vegetables

Reviewed: Feb. 23, 2009
Very Good. I would saute fresh garlic with the veggies, and at least double the amount of spinach. Some diced broccoli would also be a nice addition. Easy to make, healthy & delicious.

Slow Cook Thai Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 27, 2009
easy to make, takes little effort but isn't very good. It's just a bit bland, unimpressive and tastes nothing like thai food.

Garlic Top Sirloin Pot Roast

Reviewed: Mar. 8, 2009
pretty good stuff.. a bit to much onion & potato (overstuffs the crock).. needs a bit of extra liquid. Would really do well w/ a bit of bbq flavor in the cooker or dry rubbed on the meat as it's a touch bland.

Delicious! I subbed 1/4cup fat free sour cream and 1/2cup light mayo for the 3/4c mayo. Then added 1 can of diced chili's and 3 cloves diced garlic in addition to adding a light spice rub to the chicken breasts about 20min before putting it in the oven. 1/4 cup each of fat free sour cream, light mayo, light miracle whip. Squeezed out artichoke hearts really well, added 5 cloves garlic, added 1t chipotle powder,

Pretty good.. kicked it up w/ some red pepper (1/2t) flake and some chili paste (2t). Very nice... need to dice the orange zest finer next time.. as zest is to stringy.
