7 egg whites & 7 whole eggs + a sub of turkey sausage to make these a bit healthier. Then made them in larger muffin tins w/ 1/2 cup scoops. This gave 137cal, 8gfat, 2g carb, 14g protein. I think they need a little something to make them pop now though, I'm thinking some hot sauce would really help so I'll try some franks or chipotle sauce in the mix next time.
went to 1 heaping t of garlic powder, 3/4t of pepper, 3/4t salt, 1T+ of franks red hot sauce, & a hint of chipotle powder. Also seasoned the ground turkey with garlic, white pepper, chipotle, & alepo.
