Slow Cooker Pork Chops II

Good stuff.. I had to toss in some onions and mushrooms too though. Cooking time is pretty long here though. I turned to low after hrs and ate it at 3hours and the pork was starting to dry out.

Lemon Garlic Tilapia

Ok, but needs some work as it's a bit to lemony & a touch bland. Cooking time should be 15-18min @ 400 depending on thickness of filets. Wrapping each in foil is not a bad idea. My Sauce would be 2T butter, 2T lemon juice, 1T garlic powder, 1.5t parsley flake. Coat fish more heavily w/ Old Bay

Jalapeno Popper Cups

Awesome. Next time I'm blending in some fresh sausage though. I upped the cheddar a bit and can easily double or more the hot sauce. OH and you can put WAY more jalepeno in to get the flavor right.

Fantastic! Too simple to be good, but then it is. The only change I made is to greatly shorten the cooking time. The 10/10 was already more than enough the third 10 was not needed at all. I'd shorten it some more actually.

Good stuff, easy to make gave a nice flavor. I would say you need to pound the breasts. I tossed in a little tequilla w/ the finishing sauce, not necessary but a fun twist.

Good stuff. Had to make sub the blue cheese w/ feta since I think blue cheese is one of the worst tasting substances on the planet. Cook time is approximately 20 minutes. I might try a little shorter time next time.

Butternut Squash Soup II

Awesome base recipe. This was an amazing soup I will definitely make again with the same variations. 2 stalks of celery not 1, I used a red onion, 2 carrots, 1 bigger sweet potato instead of the 2 potatoes. I threw in a few shakes of cayenne, cinnamon, nutmeg, and of course some salt & pepper. It just ended up amazing. Oh and 5min in the microwave for the squash makes it easier to cube up.
