I'm a sports nut who likes to cook & hates to clean. I've worked as a cook for a while a long time ago, now I do it for friends, fam, whoever, as long as they'll do the dishes.

Flamethrower Chili. My own blend of ingredients that changes each time I make it. I really enjoy throwing a healthy touch to other recipes and can generally find a way to make anything fit my diet.

I tried to make lasagna during finals and fell asleep w/ it in the oven for a few hours. I woke up to a smoke alarm and a ruined dinner.

Asian Glazed Chicken Thighs
Cooking time was too long and the chicken came out a little dry... The flavor was good, but I think it would be a lot better with a shorter time. Also key is to thicken the sauce enough to get some good stick.. mine stayed thinner than I liked (shoulda used the corn starch).

Pork Tenderloin Diablo
Loved it. Didn't have any heavy cream so I subbed some non fat sour cream in place. Worked perfectly. I also added some stir fried mushrooms to the sauce which I think was a delicious compliment.
