Cheeseburger Soup I

Reviewed: Sep. 26, 2013
My family absolutely loved this soup. I too, used sharp cheddar and colby jack. It had lots of flavor, the texture was nice and creamy. My husband says that I need to make this again and again. No complaints on this soup. Thanks for posting.

Unbelievable Rolls

Reviewed: Mar. 11, 2013
I am not that good at making rolls, but I have to say I tried this recipe and the rolls came out excellent. Light and tender melt in your mouth good. I used my bread machine on the dough cycle. I warmed the milk, sugar, water and salt in the microwave first making sure it warm and not hot, then I added the eggs and then the yeast. Then the flour and butter and they came out great. If I did this wrong you would never know it because they were Super Good. This is a keeper and I will make again and again. Thanks Sherlie! I may try cinnamon rolls next.

Creamy Chipotle Chicken

Reviewed: Oct. 19, 2011
My Family loved this recipe. My husband was especially fond of it. It does have a kick but not burning bad. Very tasty. I mixed some cornstarch in with some water at the end to make a thicker sauce. I also put my chicken in on the frozen side. It came out nice and moist and tasty. Also, I had never used Chipotle peppers in adobo sauce. In case you don't know because I didn't it comes in a can. I will be making this again and again. Thanks, tnahinu for a great recipe.

Classic Macaroni Salad

This salad was on the sweet side but very Yummy! I didn't have any pimentos so I left them out and I also left the carrots out and this salad was still awesome. I could not stop eating it.

Cabbage Rolls II

Reviewed: Apr. 11, 2011
I have been making this recipe for over 20 years and it is the best. The flavor is always good. You can either use the crock-pot or the oven. My mother used to use the oven to bake these and put some ketchup in the sauce, she was of polish ancestry. I use more tomato sauce then recipe calls for. These are also called Swedish Cabbage Rolls. When my children came all along all 4 really like them. They are great served with butter mashed potatoes.

Beef Tips

Reviewed: Mar. 13, 2011
My Family loves this recipe, even the fussy ones. They beg me to make it. It is on the salty side, so omitting the salt is a good idea and using low sodium Soy Sauce will also help. I also just add the gravy mix to the whole pot rather than mixing with more water and it comes out with a great consistency. Meat is always tender. Thanks denisef.

Buffalo Chicken Dip

Reviewed: Feb. 5, 2011
I have made this dip over and over again, my children can't get enough of it and now their friends keep requesting me to make it when they come over. I have made it with both Ranch Dressing and Bleu Cheese dressing at different times. It's hard to say but, I think the Bleu Cheese is the best to use. Everyone really likes it with Tostidos chips or similar kinds.

Angela's Awesome Enchiladas

Reviewed: Mar. 8, 2010
These were the best Enchilada's I have ever made at home. They tasted just as good if not better than what I've had at a Mexican Restaurant. My husband and 4 children with one being fussy loved them. I will make these again and I didn't change a thing from the original recipe. I served them with a mexican/spanish rice recipe from this site. This is going to be a much used recipe. Thanks MomSavedbyGrace, they are awesome!

Pumpkin Roll Cake

Reviewed: Dec. 2, 2009
This was my first time making a Roll Cake and I didn't have a pastry cloth so I used greased parchment paper to roll it in. I have made 4 of these already and they are sooo good! So moist. I added a touch more of cinnamon to the batter. I have also added with success some cool whip to the cream cheese mixture to give it a lighter texture and it was all good. My sons beg me to make more. This is a keeper for sure.

Faye's Pulled Barbecue Pork

Reviewed: Jul. 28, 2009
This was an excellent easy recipe. My husband and kids loved it. I used Sweet Baby Rays Barbecue Sauce and I added a little of the broth with it. I also served it with cole slaw and barbecue beans. This is a keeper so I will make it again, soon.
