Southwestern Egg Rolls

This was a really good recipe...I tried it 3 ways. I baked some using eggroll wrappers, baked some using tortillas and deep fried some using eggroll wrappers. I liked the deep fried ones and the baked tortilla ones the best. The baked eggroll ones tasted fine but did not look that appetizing. I did not try deep frying the tortillas, but maybe I will try that next. I did serve them with Amy's cilantro dip which is divine. Thank you for sharing!!

Roasted Red Pepper Cream Sauce

Very good sauce. I used this on ravioli-delicious!! I used parmesan and mozzrella cheese as I did not have romano on hand. I also used dried basil and jarred roasted red peppers. Still tasted great. Had enough left over to freeze some. Thanks!

French Herb Bread

Yummy yummy. This was very tasty bread. I made it into two smaller loaves and used oregano instead of parsley. I will make this again.

Graham Streusel Coffee Cake

Very good. I made it in a bundt pan and it turned out well. I also used maple flavoring instead of vanilla and butter for the glaze. Thanks!

Vegetable Lovers' Fried Rice

Very tasty. I have never made fried rice before and it was simple. I cut it down to 4 servings and that made the perfect amount. I would add a little more soy sauce next time. Otherwise it was really good, will make again. Thank you.
