Frozen Chocolate Mousse Squares

Excellent. Yes, it does definitely have a cheesecake quality to it, but it is so rich and delicious. I froze it initially but then just stored it in the fridge and it held up fine. I made it in a 9 inch spring-form pan. I also doubled the crust on the bottom.

Clone of a Cinnabon

I followed the recipe exaclty except I used 6 oz of cream cheese in the icing. These were excellent. I made them the day before, put them in the fridge after I put them in the pan prior to them rising. The next morning I put them in a 200 degree oven for 45 minutes to help them rise, then baked them as directed. I will be making these for years to come.

Cheese Garlic Biscuits II

Very good, and yes similar in taste to RL. I did make a couple of changes. I added some garlic powder and a couple dashes of baking soda to the dry ingredients. I also needed to use @1/8 cup more flour. The dough was still really sticky but the biscuits rose nicely in the oven and had a pretty light consistency. Don't overmix or you will end up with hockey pucks! I used a 4 cheese mexican blend and it gave them a nice flavor. I will make these again and again-easy and great flavor. Thanks!

Sweet Dinner Rolls

I really enjoyed these. They did not rise as much as I had expected until I put them in the oven and then they puffed up beautifully. Great taste. I will try them for breakfast next. Yummy!!

My Best Clam Chowder

Loved it, the best chowder I have ever made. I only had 2 cans of clams so would add that third next time. I also did 4 cups of potatoes and used 1 pint of half and half and 1.5 cups of milk. Also no carrots and used only 2 stalks of celery as that is what I had on hand. I made some sweet dinner rolls from this website to go with the chowder-yummy!!

Soft Garlic Parmesan Breadsticks

My breadsticks turned out to be very hard and did not rise hardly at all. I used my kitchenAid mixer. I think next time I will warm the milk and H20 and add the yeast to it, let it rise for a few minutes, add the egg, and then add the dry ingredients. Might work, might not! The taste of the garlic and the italian spices is great! Thanks for sharing!

Bobbie's Oatmeal Cookies

Excellent! Chewy and sweet! II used raisins and only 2.5 cup of oats as that is all I could make mix into the batter. I also used real butter. I will make these again and again.

Mexican Style Meatballs

absolutely yummy! I will make again and again. The chipotle peppers add a nice bite to the flavor. I will be freezing the leftovers so we can enjoy this again and again. I did not make any changes to the recipe. Perfect just the way it is. Thanks for sharing this tasty recipe.

Chocolate Caramel Brownies

It does not get any better than this. This was an easy, impressive recipe that I took to a ladie's games night. It was a hit! I made it in a stoneware 9x13 pan that I sprayed with cooking spray and there was no sticking at all! I will make these again and again. Thanks for sharing this recipe!!

Apple Raisin French Toast Strata

This was really good and really easy. I did make a couple of changes. I personally don't like globs of cream cheese in my breakbast bakes. I added a tbsp of sugar and a tsp of cinnamon to the cream cheese and mixed it until creamy with my electric mixer. Then I spread it on each piece of bread before I cut it. A bit of extra work but it tastes better to me. I also added a tsp of vanilla to the eggs. Next time I would add another apple and mix it in with the bread as well as on the top. Thanks, I will make again!!

The Best Pound Cake

yummy! I used butter flavoring as I had no lemon extract. It was difficult to get out of the bundt pan and had a bit of a crust on the outside. Nice and moist on the inside though! Served it with blueberry sauce and whipped topping! Thanks for sharing!

Ultimo's No-Bake Blueberry Squares

Absolutely yummy!! I brought this dish to a woman's group, devoured in 10 minutes and had many requests for the recipe. I did cut down on the sugar and I also had to increase the amount of graham cracker crust for my 8 inch square pan.

Mexican Bean Salad

I made the dressing and served it over romaine lettuce, tomotoes, cheddar chunks and tortilla chips. It was awesome. I made it for a guest and gave her the recipe and she has made it twice more since our lunch together. Thanks for sharing!

Tiny Chicken Turnovers

My rating of this recipe is skewed since I modified it so much. But the pastry itself is excellent and easy to work with. I did cut down on the butter (3/4 of a cup) and I did refrigerate the dough while I made the filling. I used 3 chicken breasts that I sauteed in butter and white wine. I added 2 chopped green onions, a cup of chopped mushrooms, 4 slices of cooked, diced bacon, 8 oz cream cheese, 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese and some fresh basil and oregano. I also cut the dough into 4 inch circles using a baby bowl because anything smaller was too hard to work with and used up so little filling. I made a double recipe of dough which made almost 4 dozen turnovers. It did take me nearly all day to do this but they freeze really well. I popped them into a 400 degree oven from the freezer for 10-15 minutes and they were ready to serve. I served them with ranch dressing. II will make these again when I have another day that I can devote to cooking! Thank you so much for sharing.

Florentine Artichoke Dip

I made this dish for my Bunco group last night-it went over really well. I did as others before me had suggested: 1 8oz cream cheese instead of 2 and 1 cup of sour cream. I also added some italian cheese blend on top-did take extra time to brown the cheese. Total baking time was @35 minutes. Easy to make and yummy to eat. I served it with tortilla chips and pita chips and it went fast. Thank you for sharing.
