Chinese Chicken Salad III

This was delicious! I did not care for the wontons so much so instead added some toasted sliced almonds - delish! Next time I will add some mandarin oranges.

Kathy's Delicious Whole Slow Cooker Chicken

this was delicious! my only changes were that i did not add any olive oil or the chicken broth and also added carrots and potatoes to the bottom of the crockpot. other than those changes i followed the recipe exact. i cooked the chicken (4.5 lbs) for 5 hours on low. my family enjoyed this!

Crustless Spinach Quiche

Excellent! I doubled the recipe and used a 9x13 glass dish. I only used 2 cups of cheese but it still was very good. This recipe is a keeper!

this recipe was absolutely delicious! i got rave reviews from my guests. i substituted ketchup for the tomato sauce per the other reviewers. i cannot wait to make this dish again - it was THAT good!

Tandy Cake

I really wanted this recipe to taste just like a Philly Candy Cake! I thought it was very good with all of the layers of cake, peanut butter and chocolate. But, when tasting the cake alone, it was very bland and tasted like it was missing something, maybe salt? I love the concept but will look for another cake recipe that has more flavor.

This recipe is awesome! Such great flavor! Only complaint is that it only made around 3 sevings. Next time I will double the recipe as I like to have extra and freeze individual portions.

Glasser's Greek Marlin

YUM! I used olive oil instead of the butter. I also added a touch of white wine, scallions, salt and pepper to the tomato sauce. I used swordfish and it cooked perfectly in about 8 min per side - moist and delicious.

Baked Halibut Steaks

I thought this recipe was very good. I did think the fish needed to be seasoned a bit - the veggies/feta were delcious. I think maybe next time I will add some white wine and tomato paste to the veggies and also will season the fish with salt, pepper, garlic powder, etc.. prior to spreading the veggies on top. Overall very good!

Arrabbiata Sauce

This sauce is delicious. I found it to be way too spicy though. Next time I will cut the red pepper by half. Otherwise, it was very easy to prepare and I recommend it.
