Acorn Squash

I start my acorn squash in the microwave, in a glass dish face down with a bit of water. I drain the water turn the squash and add Honey and a little maple extract. The maple flavoring is very tasty and doesn't use butter or oleo

Avocado and Tomato Salad

Great recipe, I added crumbled feta cheese to the mix, excellent flavor. I made it with a different dressing, a little olive oil, red wine vinegar and a shake of seasoning salt, mix, very zesty and easy to make for small amounts.
