About this Cook
I am from a small town in Delaware. I am a student.
My favorite things to cook
Deserts (CHEESECAKE) are my specialty. I rarely do anything even sort of original. I merely edit the recipes of others to fit what I want.
My cooking triumphs
the white chocolate raspberry cheesecake i found the recipe for on here and my caramal chocolate brownies

Garlic Parmesan Chicken
This recipe wasn't as good as I antcipated it being but it was tasty all the same. I used the leftover bread crumb mixture with a pound of frozen cut green beans and sauteed them in butter over medium heat for a few minutes. It was a perfect compliment to the chicken.

Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips
Excellent recipe! I used granny smith apples instead of golden delicious, however. TO make the cinnamon chips, I stacked my tortillas and cut the stack into six triangles each, placed them on a cookie sheet, sprayed them with PAM, and sprinkled the cinnamon sugar on them. Next time I will probably coat both sides of the chips as they turned out rather bland.
