Great Recipe!!! I made it today & the meat was just falling off the bone. I only made two changes: I didn't have apple cider vinegar so I used regular vinegar & I didn't have celery so I just used some celery salt. I covered it with foil & baked for 3 hours. YUM!

Mexican-Style Goulash

I made as directed and only changed a few things. For the diced tomatoes I used Mexican style, used little bow tie macaroni since that's what I had on hand, add a little cumin, garlic powder, and it was great! My 4 yr old loved it and even my 11 month old ate some, chopped up ofcourse.
