Taco Seasoning I

Excellent. I subbed coriander for the oregano because I did not have any. Since it was dried and only a quarter tsp. did not think it would be that big of a deal. Next time I make it I will not add the salt. I used canned refried beans and Morningstar Farms fake meat. So the whole situation made for too much salt. So I will omit it from this seasoning. Way better than the packaged stuff. And it just smelled so good!!!!

Easy Caramel Corn

Way simpler than it looks. Just keep setting the timer to go off every 15 min and you are good to go.

Easy to Remember Pie Crust

This is the perfect recipe for a beginner. I only made a pie crust because I was too lazy to go the store. Boy was this good. I used coconut oil that I put in the freeezer for a bit. Made it very solid. And replace a tablespoon of water with balsamic. So good. If I make a strawberry pie will do the same thing again, just add a bit of sugar. I also made it in food processor. I cut in the oil, and let it form the dough. This is a perfect recipe. (PS I have only made on pie crust before almost ten years ago.)

Cheater Pot Pie

Very Good. Hubs was going to the store and i thought this would be quick. It was. I did modify. I am a vegetarian so I used vegetarian chick'n patties. I used one can of mushroom sick. I was going to add a potato soup but it looked like too much. So I added an extra 3/4 cup of water. I also used the grands biscuits. Next time I will either use regular or roll the grands into a crust I also added tumeric and poultry seasoning and a little marsala wine. It really did taste lie I had used a chicken soup. Excellent base recipe. Definitely going into the rotation. Am also thinking of using the celery soup when I makes a vegetable pot pie.

Soy Milk Pancakes

I didn't have any regular milk, so was looking for soy recipe. This is perfect. I will most likely use this as my regular recipe. I did not use eggs or the almond extract. I always use mayo in my pancake so that also took care of the oil. I had to add a little more soy milk, but that could be because I routinely miss measure. I did measure the baking powder accurately. These were perfect. This would make a great dry mix to keep on hand.

Canned Soup

I make this all the time. I serve it with cornbread. It is also really handy. I play around with the ingredients. Great recipe.
