Cheeseburger and Fries Casserole

Reviewed: Oct. 22, 2008
I love this recipe!! I agree you either have to cook the fries separately or give them a jump start or it'll get all soggy. I didn't like the crm of mush soup either so I just doubled up on the cheddar cheese soup. My husband asks for this on a regular basis!

Blue Motorcycle

I found this drink in a restaurant when I went out to celebrate my divorce. I loved it then and continue to love it! WARNING....It goes down so smoothly you may not notice when you've had too much until it's too late!

Asparagus Beef Lo Mein

Reviewed: Jul. 10, 2007
I used broccoli instead of the asparagus but otherwise followed the recipe to the letter. It was way too strong, the hoisin sauce was overpowering. I would only consider making this recipe again but instead of using 2/3 cup hoisin sauce I'd decrease it to about 1/4 and then add some soy sauce to the sauce mixture. The texture was great though. My 19 month old son loved the noodles so since he did enjoy it so much I'll probably try this recipe again with the variations I suggested.

Vegetarian Chickpea Sandwich Filling

Reviewed: Sep. 6, 2006
I didn't like anything about this recipe. The flavors didn't blend well at all, I won't be trying this one again.

Mini Frittatas

Reviewed: Sep. 6, 2006
This was a decent recipe, I'm not sure if I'll make it again, I did subsitute the ricotta for mozzarella cheese because I don't like ricotta, I also substituted broccoli florets for the spinach. My husband really like it but we found it wasn't very filling. It would be great served with something else but not as a stand alone breakfast.

Travis's Turkey Burgers with a Bite

Reviewed: Jul. 7, 2006
I will definitely keep this recipe at the front of my book. I did tweak it a tad. Like the recipe calls for I used Jalapenos But I used the ones in a jar and diced them. I also used the mesquite dry seasoning, which I loved. On my own I added about 1 tablespoon of chopped up onions, a 1/2 tsp of minced garlic, and about 1/4 cup of flour. Very very tasty!

I made this for the 4th of July gathering we had and everyone really liked it. The only thing I can say is it took my oven about 55 minutes to cook it thoroughly. I will make this again it was easy and very tasty! Thanks so much for sharing it!

This is a recipe that was given to me by my mother years ago and I've just recently made these for my husband and he says they are better than the ones you buy at any store! I love the fact that it's so easy too!

Peach Cobbler V

Reviewed: May 15, 2006
This is a wonderful recipe!! I made this for my mother on Mother's Day and she loved it. I did use canned peaches in heavy syrup and actually used about 1/4 of a cup of the syrup in my cobbler. I didn't use the baking powder because I used self rising flour. I will definitely use this recipe again! Thanks!!!
