About this Cook
I am 29 year old mom of 3, wife and dedicated employee.
My favorite things to cook
Anything that will bring smiles to the faces of those I love.
My favorite family cooking traditions
A couple of weeks before Christmas we start making Christmas cookies and treats. We make shortbread cookies and colored icing. Everyone gets about a dozen cookies to paint (with the icing)
My cooking tragedies
I once tried to make lemon bars from scratch and they never cooked all the way through. It was for a class and I ended up having to make a cake from a box!

Cheeseburger and Fries Casserole
I love this recipe!! I agree you either have to cook the fries separately or give them a jump start or it'll get all soggy. I didn't like the crm of mush soup either so I just doubled up on the cheddar cheese soup. My husband asks for this on a regular basis!
