Good Old Fashioned Pancakes
Fantastic! My pancake-connoisseur husband confidently declared that these are the best pancakes he has ever eaten! I didn't follow the directions of the recipe exactly but took the advice of some viewers - I let the egg come to room temperature, I slightly heated up the milk, made sure the butter was completely melted, added 1/2 tsp. vanilla, cut down the salt to 1/4 tsp., doubled the sugar to 2 tbsp., cut the baking powder down to 2 tsps, used 1/4 cup butter, mixed dry ingredients and wet ingredients separately, and whisked together but was cautious not to overmix. I also let the batter sit for 10 minutes before cooking. I used a non-stick griddle at 350F to cook the pancakes. The batter is quite thick/sticky but don't be discouraged... they taste amazing. The days of pancakes from a box are long gone! Thanks for the wonderful recipe that has encouraged so much tweaking. With the above recommended changes, you won't be disappointed!

A great summer BBQ recipe! I made the recipe exactly as wrritten, used pork tenderloin, and marinated the meat for 5 hours. Pork was very tender and tasty. Thanks for the recipe.

Delectable Marinated Chicken
This recipe is delicious! I followed the recipe exactly and used boneless chicken thighs, marinated the chicken for about 7 hours. The chicken was very tasty and very moist. I will definitely be making this recipe again. Thanks!
