Banana Banana Bread
Best...banana...bread...ever. Easy to change up. I don't even measure the bananas - I use 4-6, however many I have on hand. I also have used white sugar with excellent results. And added chunks of a bittersweet (baking) chocolate bar. And nuts. But it's best plain - so moist and flavorful. Just be sure to cook the bread longer than you think you should - let it get really dark on top. Otherwise it's gross and wet in the center. It's not like a cake where if you overcook it by one minute, it will be dry and ruined. Works in a muffic pan, too, and then you don't have to slice it.
