Caramel Popcorn

Fantastic! I used half the butter, and gave in cute bags for Christmas. Everyone loved it... I think the exact words were "I like caramel popcorn and all, but I could eat this stuff all day!"

Mini Pineapple Upside-Down Cakes

Fantastic! I used the pineapple juice with yellow cake mix, and thought they were perfect. I used regular sized cupcake pans, and just had to cut the rings to fit, but was not a big deal at all. Everyone loved them, and I had to hide one so I could have one later!

Best Ever Muffins

This is a great, basic recipe with so much room to substitute and add to, as desired. I used about half wheat flour and apple sauce instead of oil. I then made a batch with a cup of coconut, a cup of crushed pineapple and a maraschino cherry cut into four to make a pina colada muffin... it was great! The batch of blueberry muffins were awesome, too. Thanks for such a great base recipe!

Marinade for Chicken

This was fantastic! I took the chicken out of the freezer and marinaded in the fridge while it thawed, so it ended up marinating for like 1.5 days... and it was soooo tender. What a great flavor, too. I always think of worcestershire sauce as going on beef, but now that I've seen how good it is on chicken, we will definitely be having this again.

Crab Coleslaw Medley

Seafood Stuffed Avocados

These made a great, refreshing lunch! I used ranch dressing instead of mayo, and didn't add any shrimp. The cucumbers are a definite must, as well as mixing in the scooped out avocado. Thanks!

Luscious Slush Punch

Great punch. Got a little sticky putting it in plastic bags, but is a great idea. I was throwing a babyshower at the expecting parents' house, and it worked great to make ahead, put in a cooler, and was ready to go at shower time.

Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue

This was great! I used the little bit of italian dressing left in the fridge, then added some red wine vinegar. Served on a nice bun with some red slaw and some boiled BBQ style potatoes. Great meal, and I enjoyed the leftovers just a much.
