White Peach Sangria
This was awesome. But after reading the ingredients and all the other reviews I decided to modify the recipe and add the entire container of frozen lemonade concentrate with the required water and the liquors and 7-up. It was the best I made two gallons for a bridal shower and went like water.

Orzo and Wild Rice Salad
Excellent. This reminded me of a salad I had at J. Alexander's. It was sooo tasty, not heavy and was an excellent complement to my salmon.

Sausage and Bow-Tie Pasta Florentine
This was sooo good and simple too. I made this for a large dinner party we had and everyone wanted seconds. I at first thought I wouldn't put the spinach but it turned out great with it.
