Best Chicken Ever
I really loved this recipe! Couple of changes.. I used bran flakes (more fiber), and after putting the chicken in the SC I sprinkled lowrys, onion powder, garlic powder, and italian season directly on the chicken.. then rolled in the flakes. Also went light on the butter... Chicken was SO SO moist and Good! Thanks so much for this GEM.

Grandmother's Buttermilk Cornbread
I don't even like corn bread. I made this for my husband and when I tried it I ate two pieces. Super Recipe! Thank you so much! Let me add this:.... I use a cast iron skillet and I do everything called for in the large skillet then when it is all mixed instead of putting it in another pan I just put the whole skillet in the oven! One pan for the entire operation! LESS MESS!!

Glazed Meatloaf I
This recipe was awesome. Due to some early childhood experiences (soggy meatloaf I was made to eat... ick) I have never liked meatloaf. However, I went to my inlaws and my MIL made one that was great. SO I thought I would try my hand at it. I did everything the recipe called for and added basil, oregano, 2 cloves garlic, and Lowry's season salt to the meat. THIS RECIPE WAS KILLER. I made it in the Pampered Chef mini loaf pan so instead of one large loaf we had 4 smaller. My hubby ate one by himself! We can eat the rest tomorrow night or freeze it. Thank you so much this is a treasure!
