I used these spices on 2 chicken breasts but didn't measure the amounts so I probably used more than it called for. Also, I just used Pam spray instead of butter or olive oil and covered it while cooking. My husband and I both thought this was AWESOME and will make again when we need something quick and tasty.

Lemon Mushroom Herb Chicken

Wonderful!!! I added an 8oz package of fresh sliced mushrooms. I served it with asparagus and rice and the whole dinner was a hit.

Restaurant-Quality Baked Potato Soup

This was great! It has alot of ingredients, but still really easy. I used imitation bacon bits instead of real bacon.

Chicken With Mushrooms

We are mushroom lovers so I doubled the about of mushrooms. I added the cream of mushroom soup per other reviews. It was good, but I think that it would also have been fine without it. We served with egg noodles.

Baked Pork Chops I

This was very good, but I wouldn't call it quick and easy. It takes a lot of prep and cook time. I skipped the flour but did everything else as written. I liked the taste with the wine, but it could also be omitted if one prefers.

Cabbage Rolls II

I didn't realize I was out of tomato sauce and used condensed tomato soup instead. Plus I double the sauce mix per other reviewers suggestions. They turned out great and even my husband who turns his nose up at the thought of cabbage went back for more!

Roasted Red Pepper Chicken

I baked these in the oven because I though it would easier at the time(it had been a busy day) and they still turned out wonderful. I wasn't impressed with the sour cream mixture but the feta cheese was great with the red peppers! This one is a keeper.

Firecracker Fried Chicken Drumsticks

I let it marinate for 4 hours and I was expecting it to be spicer. I really couldn't taste the hot sauce, but it was good fried chicken. Also, I used my deep fryer which cuts the cooking time by 10 minutes.

Fettuccini with Mushroom, Ham and Rose Sauce

INCREDIBLE!!!!! I used penne pasta because that is what I had on hand, but other wise I followed the recipe and it turned out wonderful!!!!!! I look forward to making this again.

Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms II

I make these for pot lucks and sometimes just for dinner with the family. I also pour some melted butter on top and sprinkle them with colby/jack cheese before putting them in the oven. It makes them moister and creates a pretty marbled look.
