Pizza Dough I
Also would like to add to the review from Kim, it helps to sprinkle your stone or pizza pan with a light coating of cornmeal to prevent burning and/or sticking :) My rating is based on my results with the suggested touchups!

Sweet Corn Muffins
These muffins were FANTASTIC!! I added in about 2 tsp. of butter buds, they were better than Jiffy!!!!

Apple Cake
This recipe was FABULOUS! I skipped the butter sauce, and dusted with powdered sugar and served warm with whipped cream. (Tho it is GREAT without anything on it as well!) I also thought the batter was too dry so I added an extra egg (I doubled the recipe, THEN added the extra egg) and I added in a bit more nutmeg and some cinnamon, I also added about 3 tbl. molasses. It ended up making a 9x13 pan, and over night my family ate 3/4 of it! Way to go! Another hit!
