Baby Shower Raspberry Dip

I'd give it more stars if I could...it's that good. If you don't make this for any occaision...you're REALLY missing out. It isn't only how good it tastes, it's the ease of making it...almost no effort.

Cream Corn Like No Other

Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

A good cookie and easy to make. I did freeze chocolates first afte reading the reviews. I also bought an assortment of peanut butter cup, Rollos, and Kisses...all excellent to use.

Salmon Fillets with Creamy Dill

In case it hasn't been mentioned, the original amount of the Dill is scaled wrong for the amount of fish. It is enough for well over 2lbs of fish. I scaled it down to 2 servings, from 4, and used 2 lbs. of Salmon and still had a lot leftover. It's a fantastic sauce and I don't change a thing, but something went haywire with the sauce. I should have noticed it when I saw it calling for that amount of mayo for so little Salmon. Enjoy...excellent recipe

Red and Green Christmas Jalapeno Jelly

It needed the extra jalapeno, seeds and veins to give it a little more heat and body. The original recipe was good, but for those of us that like some bite...try this.

Buffalo Chicken Dip

Made it for the first time yesterday and took it to a party...everyone loved it. Served with tortilla chips and celery. I used the ranch dressing, but will try the Bleu cheese next time, it's an awesome appetizer. A must for any party.....ask me if you don't believe me
