Cajun Baked Catfish
My husband can't say enough about this recipe. We have tried cajun before but none compare to the flavor of this one. My only change was to add only 1tsp of thyme. Great recipe!

Oklahoma Cheese Grits
These were so good. I added the garlic powder per another review and a few green onions. The entire family LOVED them. Thanks!
