Big Ed's Cajun Shrimp Soup

Great Recipe - I added a can of diced tomatoes falvored with red peppers, cajun seasoning, celery, and spicey Clamato juice - it was excellent!

Guacamole

Made as recipe stated, thought it needed more flavor. Added 1/2 teaspoon cumin and 1 tablespoon minced jalapeno's. Was better with added ingredients, will prob keep searching for the perfect Gucamole
