A Slow Cooker Thanksgiving

Thank you for this recipe. With three little ones under 4 this was the perfect quick fix. Next time I will leave the cranberry sauce out for the side, it was a little too sweet. It also came out quite runny, so I will use half the about of gravy and condensed mushroom soup. I used whole chicken breasts, and it came out great. Thanks!

Came out perfect. Yes, I ended up with too much of the nut mixture, but I just froze it for the next batch. Just like Great Grandma from Lebanon used to make. Took them to a Lebanese family dinner they were a huge hit. No one had made these since Great Grandma, and everyone said it was an exact match.

Clone of a Cinnabon

Amazing! Exactly like Cinnabon!! I followed the recipe exactly, except for margarine in the dough, I used Smart Balance, and I kneaded by hand. Didn't use all the cinnamon and sugar, but I did sprinkle some on the top before baking. I found the amount of frosting to be perfect. Definately follow the other suggestions about 350 for 20 mintues. Perfect and alot cheaper :)

Italian Enchiladas

Wasn't too thrilled with the Processed Cheese taste in the Enchiladas combined with the Cream of Mushroom. Next time I will try it with Mozzarella instead.

Sugar Cookies

Great recipe! I needed it for cookie cutters, so following other reviews, I froze the dough in 4 batches for 20 minutes, rolled it out between parchment paper, then cut. My pumpkins came out great! I cooked them for 10 min, I wanted a bit crispier since these would be later decorated. Great recipe.

Wow! Fabulous dish, was a hit at the party and everyone agreed this might be the best dish I have ever cooked. And I am an accomplished cook. I accidently sauteed the mushrooms longer, but it came out great!

Ranch Dressing II

Great recipe, better than restaurant ranch. I like a thinner ranch, so I used 1/2 c sour cream, 1/2 c mayo, & 1/2 cup milk. Delicious! I used it right after I made it, and it was still great. Thank you for this recipe, I will never buy ranch again.

Chicken Tortilla Crunch

Yummy, absolutely delicious! I adapted this for the microwave for 20 min cooking! Just throw everything but the cheese & tortillas into a microwaveable casserole dish w/ lid. Micro for 12 min. Stir in Cheese & top with Tortillas! EASY!

Wow, this was the best Sweet Potato Mash I've ever had. It balances the sweet and adds a degree of intrigue. I did add about 1/4 cup of brown sugar, since my sweet potatoes weren't very sweet.

White Bean Breakfast

Very Budget friendly, I make this about 3xs a month. The only expensive thing is the pesto, but one jar usually lasts 4 recipes worth. I also always double the recipe for our family of 2 adults and 3 kids under 6.

Sweet Russian Cabbage Soup

Turned out terrible for me. Way to sweet, even though I cut the sugar in half, I guess I should of used even less. But I didn't want to take away the "Sweet" out of the title. I also would of browned the meat first and drained the fat, and also would of cut the cabbage into smaller peices.

Awesome Egg Salad with a Kick

I used full amount of horseradish and deli mustard instead of dijon. Mine was still a bit on the mild side, the flavor really depends on your strength of horseradish. I would start with 1 tbl and taste and add more if necessary. Bacon bits were a nice touch, I also added some finely diced celery. Very good recipe. I might add a dash or curry powder and garlic powder next time.

Russian Mushroom and Potato Soup

I have been making this once a week for the last month! Love this recipe. I am able to make it vegan using soymilk, and veggiebroth instead. Comes out great everytime. My 2 year old loves it! I don't know if I will ever get tired of this recipe, also very easy to make.
