Italian Enchiladas

Wasn't too thrilled with the Processed Cheese taste in the Enchiladas combined with the Cream of Mushroom. Next time I will try it with Mozzarella instead.

Lentil Soup

Absolutely delicious. Whole family loved it! Only change I made was to use leftover chicken broth and veggie broth, from other meals. Will definitely make again.

Great bread, my husband loves this for his tuna sandwiches, it doesn't get soggy before lunch. I make about 5 loaves a week! thanks for this recipe!

Delicious! Since all the ingredients were hot when I put them in the oven (including fresh homemade tortillas) i only baked it until the cheese melted.

Came out perfect. Yes, I ended up with too much of the nut mixture, but I just froze it for the next batch. Just like Great Grandma from Lebanon used to make. Took them to a Lebanese family dinner they were a huge hit. No one had made these since Great Grandma, and everyone said it was an exact match.

Sweet Russian Cabbage Soup

Turned out terrible for me. Way to sweet, even though I cut the sugar in half, I guess I should of used even less. But I didn't want to take away the "Sweet" out of the title. I also would of browned the meat first and drained the fat, and also would of cut the cabbage into smaller peices.

Clone of a Cinnabon

Amazing! Exactly like Cinnabon!! I followed the recipe exactly, except for margarine in the dough, I used Smart Balance, and I kneaded by hand. Didn't use all the cinnamon and sugar, but I did sprinkle some on the top before baking. I found the amount of frosting to be perfect. Definately follow the other suggestions about 350 for 20 mintues. Perfect and alot cheaper :)

Cheddar Beef Enchiladas

Came out perfect! Having leftovers tonight and can't wait! Used Taco Seasoning I recipe instead of packaged Taco Seasoning, since they have MSG. Hubby loved it too!

Ranch Dressing II

Great recipe, better than restaurant ranch. I like a thinner ranch, so I used 1/2 c sour cream, 1/2 c mayo, & 1/2 cup milk. Delicious! I used it right after I made it, and it was still great. Thank you for this recipe, I will never buy ranch again.

Russian Mushroom and Potato Soup

I have been making this once a week for the last month! Love this recipe. I am able to make it vegan using soymilk, and veggiebroth instead. Comes out great everytime. My 2 year old loves it! I don't know if I will ever get tired of this recipe, also very easy to make.

Burrito Pie

Wonderful recipe. This recipe also works using leftover taco meat. I used my 1 1/2 lbs of taco meat, mixed with Taco Sauce, the can of refried beans, and can diced tomatoes, and warmed it in the microwave. Then followed the directions for layering. It came out absolutly great and was able to use up my leftovers!

A Slow Cooker Thanksgiving

Thank you for this recipe. With three little ones under 4 this was the perfect quick fix. Next time I will leave the cranberry sauce out for the side, it was a little too sweet. It also came out quite runny, so I will use half the about of gravy and condensed mushroom soup. I used whole chicken breasts, and it came out great. Thanks!

Great recipe. At home we traditionally use lemon juice instead of yogurt. But I will try yogurt next time. I also add a tsp of cumin for more taste.
