LOVE IT!!! I used this recipe for a luncheon and all the ladies loved it. I served it on crossaints with pretty leaf lettuce. I did cut the curry in half because I'm not a big curry fan. It was delicious!

World's Best Lasagna

I know why this is called the World's Best Lasagna! We LOVED this recipe! I did not add italian sausage but instead doubled the ground beef. Everything else I followed exactly. It was absolutely delicious!!!

Baked French Toast

I have made this recipe more than 5 times over the last 2 months and everyone loves it. I do make a couple of modifications. I use 6 large eggs, 3/4 cup milk, and 3/4 cup half & half, and I don't flip in the middle of cooking. It's perfect!

Tasty Collard Greens

Very good! I didn't have a turkey drumstick so I used a few pieces of bacon. My husband who doesn't like collards actually ate these and loved them! I also topped with some Chow Chow Relish from Cracker Barrel - mmm mmm good!

Bodacious Broccoli Salad

Delicious! I added raisins and sunflower seeds. I also added a little more sugar, and next time I'll omit the lemon juice. It was a little too tangy. One teaspoon of pepper is plenty. My 4 children even ate this salad and they don't care for broccoli that much! Great recipe!

Sandy's Chocolate Cake

I'm giving this 4 stars b/c the cake was DELICIOUS, but the icing tasted terrible with 1 cup of sour cream. Next time, I'll probably reduce to 1/4 or 1/2 cup of sour cream. Cake was a perfect texture - dense, yet light and fluffy. Thanks for the recipe!
