Cheeseburger Soup I

We LOVE this soup. My kids both love it, and that is unusual, lol. I make it just as is, except for using velveeta instead of cheddar. There is actually less calories in Velveeta, too! I like to double this recipe and freeze some of it too.

Shrimp and Feta Cheese Pasta

This was sooo good! I took the reviewers advice and substituted red wine vinegar for the white wine since I didn't have any. Like her, I used 2 T to sautee the shrimp. I added another T when I did the tomatoes and instead of oil, I added a T of butter. I also added some leftover mushrooms. In addition, I added a little bit of a pack of dry caesar dressing mix for added flavor. Next time, I think I'll double the recipe, but keep the amount of pasta the same. Also, I might try adding zuccini. My kids even liked this one!

Meatloaf with Fried Onions and Ranch Seasoning

I just made this tonight. The kids liked it, but I loved it! The husband...doesn't like meatloaf at all! I made the glaze for it w/ equal pts ketchup, brown sugar, and A1, but would add less A1 and cook it on longer than 15 min. Also, I think it might need a little more seasoning. Overall, though, it was very moist and I will make it again!

Smoky Four Cheese Macaroni Bake

It's incredible! I did, like most others, add a lot more milk, and I didn't have onions, so I just added a little onion powder. I used swiss,mild cheddar, and an italian mixture along w/ a mexican mixture. I had a lot of different cheeses stored in my freezer! I'm anxious to see how my kids like it since they usually only like the boxed kind! Also, I used panko breadcrumbs and broiled for a couple of minutes @ the end to brown.

Chocolate Chip Cookie Ice Cream Cake

I just made this today for my son's birthday and it is almost gone! I used crushed Oreos (25) on the bottom of the pan w/ the layer of hot fudge. After freezing that for 15 minutes, I used Peanut Butter Jumble (peanut butter ice cream w/ chunks of Reeses peanut butter cups). I then topped that with the hot fudge and the rest of the oreos crushed up. After I froze that for 30 minutes, I topped off w/ vanilla ice cream, the rest of the hot fudge, and caramel drizzle. I froze that overnight. Before serving, I decorated it with whipped cream and Reeses Pieces.

Blueberry Sour Cream Coffee Cake

Oh wow, I just made this today with my kids and their friends. It's so moist! It will become on of my regular desserts! I didn't have pecans because my husband hates nuts. Also, it was done in 40 minutes. I don't know if it was because of my oven or that I used a dark pan.

Upside Down Pumpkin Cake

Oh wow! This is the best and easiest cake to make. My two best friends were right away asking for the recipe! Like others, I will definitely be making this for the holidays! I can see how it would be good with ice cream too.

Incredible Punch

I LOVE this punch. I'm not normally a punch person, but I've made this on several occasions. You can add rum or vodka to make it an adult drink, but kids love it too, without the alcohol, of course.
